Zhiyong Feng received the Ph.D. degree in mechanical Engineering from Tianjin University in 1996. He is currently a Professor of Computer Software and Associate Dean for School of Computer Software at the Tianjin University. His research is in the field of software engineering, knowledge Engineering and distributed software. He is the distinguished member of China Computer Federation (CCF), and serves as the Deputy Director of Service Ccomputing Committee of CCF, the executive member ofEducationcommitteeof CCF and the member of Software EngineeringCommitteeof CCF, Chairman of ACM China Tianjin Chapter.
