Targeting the trends and needs of industrial development and centering on AI, green intelligent  buildings, intelligent electrical systems, integrated energy systems and other fields, TIEI conducts  research on intelligent sensing, big data, cloud computing, human-machine interaction, machine  vision, machine learning and block-chain technology. we have participated in over 400 items of  National Key R&D Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China, National  Energy Administration, National Major Scientific Instrument Development, APEC Fund,  International Cooperation, etc. Meanwhile, we have cooperated with large SOEs  such as China State Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CSCEC), China State Shipbuilding  Corporation Limited, China Light and Power (CLP), China General Nuclear Power Group (CGN),  China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), and China Railway 18th Bureau Group Corporation  Limited in 16 cities and provinces across China , and with high-tech  enterprises e.g. Huawei, iFLYTEK and Masterwork, covering construction, energy, aerospace,  transportation, electronic communication and other fields.
