In order to ensure the orderly development of the work of the Graduate Student Union of Tianjin International Engineering Institute in the new semester and to steadily promote the construction of the cadre of the Graduate Student Union, it has been decided to conduct the change terms and election of the Director for the Graduate Student Union of Tianjin International Engineering Institute for all graduate students of the Institute after research. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
01 Selection conditions
1. All postgraduates in the Tianjin International Engineering Institute are eligible to run if they have not failed any courses;
2. If they have experience in student work and know a little bit the work in the department for which they are competing; and
3. If they are serious, responsible, proactive and passionate about work in the Graduate Student Union, and possess strong organizational, planning, coordination and communication skills.

Integrated Rights and Interests Department |

It directly embodies the work purpose of "serving students wholeheartedly" in the Graduate Student Union. The Integrated Rights and Interests Department is responsible for collecting and conveying the suggestions and needs of students and for building and maintaining the rights and interests channel of the students from the Graduate School. It holds activities such as "Passing the flame, New use of old books" and "Making the Most of Things". |
Quality Development Media Department |

It is an important activity-oriented department of the Graduate Student Union and a window connected with the inside and outside of the Graduate Student Union. The Quality Development Media Department is responsible for holding various school-level cultural activities such as badminton competitions and welcome parties; for the operation and daily publicity of the new media platform, and for promoting the construction of spiritual civilization of the Tianjin International Engineering Institute. |
03 Recruitment process
1.Individual application
Applicants shall fill in the Registration Form for the Director for the Graduate Student Union of the Tianjin International Engineering Institute (Registration Form for the Director for the Graduate Student Union of Tianjin International Engineering Institute.doc) and send it to the designated e-mail".
2. Scan code to join the group
After submitting the individual application, scan the code to join the group and remark with the name, grade and major for receiving notification after joining the group.
3. On-site interview
The interview consists of personal introduction, non-leading group discussion and questions. The specific time and place of the interview will be notified separately.
4.Result publication
The list of postgraduate director to be appointed will be determined and publicized for 3 working days according to the interview results and the director will be formally appointed if there is no objection.
04 Precautions
1. Students are warmly welcome to register. In the change terms and election, the principles of openness, fairness and justice were strictly adhered and fraud was resolutely eradicated.
2.Applicants shall send the electronic registration form to the e-mail of the Graduate Student Union of Tianjin International Engineering Institute at gjgcsyanhui@163.com before 18:00 on November 16 and submit the paper version at the interview site.
