To all postgraduates of the School of Future Technology,
In order to carry out various works of the Graduate Student Union of School of Future Technology smoothly in the new semester and steadily promote the building of cadre team for the Graduate Student Union, it is decided, upon review, to hold a general election for the Presidium of the Graduate Student Union among all postgraduates in the Institute. Matters of concern are hereby notified as follows:

1. All postgraduates of the School of Future Technology;
2. Strong learning ability or capability for scientific research;
3. Passionate for Graduate Student Union's work, earnest and responsible for the job, embracing the responsibility with passion, willing to dedicate and strong ability in organizing, planning, coordination and communication.

The presidium has no chairman or vice chairman. A rotation system is implemented, so members of the presidium will serve as the executive chairman in turn (a semester as a rotation cycle) to deal with major events of the school. |

Recruitment process
1. Individual application
The applicant can scan the QR code to obtain the Staff Application Form of School-level Graduate Student Union of Tianjin University and fill in the same.
2. Qualification review
After the application deadline, qualification examination will be conducted, and qualified applicants will participate in the interview session.
3. Interview
The interview consists of two parts, PPT presentation and structured interview. The specific time and place of interview will be notified otherwise.
4. Public announcement
According to the interview results, the list of the Presidium of the Graduate Student Union to be appointed will be determined and publicize it for 3 working days, if no objections, they will be officially appointed.

Application requirements
1. The general selection of members for the Presidium of the Graduate Student Union of School of Future Technology will be carried out in the principle of openness, justice and equity without any falsification.
2. All postgraduates are welcome to apply, mobilize and recommend outstanding postgraduates to compete in the recruitment of staff for the Graduate Student Union.
3. Applicants shall e-mail the electronic Application Form to gjgcsyanhui@163.com before 17:00 p.m., October 10, and submit the paper version at interview.
