Having interest in the Student Association of Science and Technology?
1 Introduction
As the science and technology innovation portal of the School of Future Technology, the Student Association of Science and Technology devotes itself to offering relevant information of various science and technology innovation competitions for the students of the School of Future Technology, with a view to helping the students understand, participate in and do well in the competition. The Student Association of Science and Technology is also responsible for the administration of basic subject competition, Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program ("UIEP") and Future Challenge and Innovation Lab.
In addition, the Student Association of Science and Technology also organizes various events and competitions, for example, the Intelligent Vehicle Design and Building Competition and Intelligent Electronics Maker - Students' Achievements Exhibition were fully organized by the Association. The "Future 30 Years" Science and Technology Creativity Competition and the "Challenge Cup" - National Undergraduate Extracurricular Academic Scientific and Technological Works Competition, among others, were also hosted with aid of the Association.
With the aim of "building an academic exchange platform for postgraduates and improving their academic ability", the Graduate Department of the Student Association of Science and Technology is committed to allowing members to share academic views and produce ideological sparks in those daily activities as "project sharing" and "skill training".
By turning itself into an information platform, giving full play to the role of the Association as a bridge and an effective tool of communication, connecting campus and society, and communicating with students and competitions, and holding various scientific and technological innovation activities and competitions, it can stimulate and cultivate the innovative consciousness of the students and improve their innovative and entrepreneurial abilities.
Briefly the Association is a caring and loving group that provides unique and thoughtful competition services for students through various science and technology competitions.
2 Function division
I. Assistant to Chairman of the Association
Team task: coordinate the general affairs of the Association, arranging and managing the tasks of various departments, planning the growth direction of the Association, and organizing and fostering the elite team for science and technology innovation.
Admission target: 2022 postgraduates of the School of Future Technology.
II. Function division of Graduate Department of the Association
We hope that you can manage the counseling and training work of science and technology innovation competitions, the important work of publicity and promotion of various activities of the Association, and the Association development plan.
III. Functional departments of the Association
(1) Integrated Development Department
This department manages the popularization, counseling and training of science and technology competitions, and compiles and updates relevant competition manuals to provide services to all sorts of science and technology competitions. It cooperates with outstanding teachers and students inside and outside the school, and carries out activities such as competition guidance and training lectures from time to time.
(2) Science and Technology Innovation Competitions Department
Plan, prepare and organize the competitions. Manage students' innovation and entrepreneurship training programs, as well as other science and technology projects such as school-level innovation in the School of Future Technology.
(3) Innovation Competitions Department
The department manages the "Challenger's Cup" and "internet plus" competitions and comprehensive science and technology innovation competition programs, such as the cultivation and improvement of related team projects in the "Next 30 Years" Science and Technology Innovation Competition Program.
(4) Basic Subject Competitions Department
Manage competitions in basic subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English.
Admission target: all 2021 and 2022 postgraduates of the School of Future Technology.
