Recently, according to the Commission des titres d’ingénieur (CTI) formal notice, Tinajin International Enginerring Institute (TIEI) of Tianjin University has successfully passed the authoritative certification by the Commission des titres d’ingénieur (CTI), which is the second time for the institute to obtain the CTI certification after its first success in 2017. Due to the impact of the epidemic, this certification was conducted online and the final certification period was 3 years (the longest period for online certification), which marking the institute have once again gained international recognition for its reform of engineering education, the quality of talent training and the level of internationalization.
CTI is the most authoritative assurance agency in the field of professional accreditation of engineering in France. As an independent body under the French Ministry of Education, it is responsible for evaluating and accrediting the qualifications of engineering institutions. CTI accredited institutions are qualified to issue the French Engineer Diploma, and graduates can obtain the French state-recognized Engineer title.
