Sep. 7, 2016, both MA Li, university-planning manager of NXP (China) management Co., Ltd Beijing branch, and SHAO Peng, manager of Tianjin Research and Development Center, paid a special visit to Tianjin International Engineering Institute, with the aim to promote further cooperation, explore new development ideas and expand more cooperative space between TIEI and companies. SHAN Xiaolin, the party secretary of TIEI, held talks with them.

During their talks, SHAN firstly introduced recent work of TIEI, which included new graduate students admitting, the progress of TIEI’s new office building and so on. Then both sides had a further discussion on issues of their cooperation, students’ internship as well as the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship lab.

Whereafter, manager MA introduced NXP’s recent situation and expressed her agreement with both the educational ideas and methods of TIEI. Ma hoped TIEI could undertake NXP’s university-planning annual exchange meeting in this November, inviting TIEI to join NXP club, which would provide a platform for more excellent students and contribute to cultivate outstanding innovative talents.

Now both sides have reached initial cooperative intention, and the next step is going to have a deep negotiation on detailed issues.
