Course Description

Advanced introduction to numerical linear algebra and related numerical methods. Problem sets will involve use of SCI-LAB. Topics include Finite Volume Method, Linear and Non-linear Convection Equation, and Linear System Theory. It also includes the analysis of precision and reliability.

Advanced Mathematics for undergraduates, Linear Algebra
