Bo Wang

Dr. Bo Wang’s research experience includes the work at the Robert Gordon University, UK, the Open University, UK, the University of Padua, Italy and the NLC group of Microsoft Research Asia. He is directing the projects from the National Science Foundation of China and the Natural Science Foundation of Tianjin in the area of social media analysis and natural language evaluation. He is also teaching the lessons of the Graph Theory and the Introduction of Social Computing at the Tianjin University and the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

PhD in computer science in Harbin Institute of Technology in 2010

His is broadly interested in social computing, with a focus on the analysis of social media content, the pattern mining of the social individual behavior and the influence analysis of social media content and users. He is also interested in the natural language processing technologies, especially the sematic analysis and machine translation.
