Notice on the secretary recruitment of the Graduate Student Union of School of Future Technology for academic year 2022/2023
To all postgraduates of the School of Future Technology,
In order to carry out various works of the Graduate Student Union of School of Future Technology smoothly in the new academic year and steadily promote the building of the Graduate Student Union team, it is decided, upon review, to hold a general election for department secretaries of the Graduate Student Union among fresh postgraduates in the School. Matters of concern are hereby notified as follows:
01 Selection objects
1.Fresh postgraduates of School of Future Technology, with excellent ideological and moral character;
2. Have a sense of teamwork and the spirit of serving classmates, and have a certain understanding of the work of the election department;
3. if they are serious, responsible, proactive and passionate about work in the Graduate Student Union, and possess strong organizational, planning, coordination and communication skills.

The Department holds activities related to academic or practical employment, such as "Sino-French Torch Pass" job search experience sharing sessions and employment situation lectures. |
Integrated Rights and Interests Department |

It directly embodies the work purpose of "serving students wholeheartedly" in the Graduate Student Union. The Integrated Rights and Interests Department is responsible for collecting and conveying the suggestions and needs of students and for building and maintaining the rights and interests channel of the students from the Graduate School. It holds activities such as "Passing the flame, New use of old books" and "Making the Most of Things". |
Quality Development Media Department |

It is an important activity-oriented department of the Graduate Student Union and a window connected with the inside and outside of the Graduate Student Union. The Quality Development Media Department is responsible for holding various school-level cultural activities such as badminton competitions and welcome parties; for the operation and daily publicity of the new media platform, and for promoting the construction of spiritual civilization of the Tianjin International Engineering Institute. |
03 Recruitment process
Individual application
The applicant fills out the Application Form for Secretaries of Graduate Student Union (Scan QR code below to extract the Application Form for Secretaries of Graduate Student Union) and sends it to the designated E-mail address.
Scan QR to join the group
After submitting the individual application, scan the code to join the group and remark with the name, major and campus for receiving notification after joining the group.
On-site interview
The interview consists of self-introduction, and Q&A. The specific time and place of the interview will be notified separately. The Q&A section mainly examines students' understanding and ideological attitude towards the intended department.
Result publication
The list of postgraduate secretary to be appointed will be determined and publicized for 3 working days according to the interview results and the director will be formally appointed if there is no objection.
04 Precautions
1.It is hoped that students are warmly welcome to signing up. In the recruitment work of the Graduate Student Union, the principles of openness, fairness and justice are strictly adhered and fraud is resolutely eradicated.
2.Applicants shall send the electronic registration form to the E-mail of the Graduate Student Union of School of Future Technology at gjgcsyanhui@163.com before 12:00 on November 14 and submit the paper version at the interview site.
