Course Description

This course is a basic specialized courses formaster students of buildings, includingthe steel members and joints construction, different kinds of structure systems, concept of steel structure.

Prerequisite

Mechanics of structures.

Course Objectives

Ÿ This course should enable students tounderstand the concept of steel structure, know about the constructions of steel members and joints, be familiar with the steel structure systems.
