Course Description
This course is a comprehensive curriculum about the theory system and framework of knowledge of the architectural discipline. It is an introductory theory course that prepares students for a quick understanding of the discipline of architecture and for a solid foundation for further professional learning. This course, given by the most famous professors and scholars of related fields in architecture academy, describes architecture comprehensively and guides students into the knowledge of architecture.
This course is composed of three parts: architectural project and design, architectural history and culture, architectural environment and technology.

Course Objectives
After taking the course, students are supposed to understand architecture from the viewpoint of humanity, technology, aesthetics, etc. Students will be guided to understand the related disciplines of architectural design, knowledge structure, thinking method and the discipline hotspots, and the position and role of professional courses.
