Philippe Gourbesville, France Dean of TIEI, Professor of Polytech Nice, Yin Na, in charge of the European Union Scholarship of Polytech Group, Dr. Lv Lianwei, researcher of the Intelligent Water Institute, University Nice Sophia Antipolis, editor of the French Wisdom Water International Journal, Guan Jing, vice dean of TIEI, professor Su Yuting, Professor Liu Gang, Professor Yu Hui, Professor Li Fawen and the staff of the college attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Vice Dean Guan Jing.

First, Philippe Gourbesville affirmed the institute's recent website construction, new professional construction and enrollment, and pointed out the next step work should focus on the biomedical engineering and smart water engineering professional declaration of CTI certification. Subsequently, Teaching Instruction Committee conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as the placement of the enrollment, the optimization of the training process, the exchange of Sino-French students, and the cooperation of international research.

The meeting discussed the basic requirements for mutual recognition of credits for postgraduate elective courses, and stipulated that each specialty should formulate specific implementation measures according to their own circumstances. The meeting decided to combine the training objectives and characteristics of the multidisciplinary integration of the college, increase the number of students going to France and the number of students coming to China, select students with high quality and strong ability to participate in the Sino-French research projects, and improve students' international engineering practice ability and global strategic development vision. In addition, the meeting initially reached the development intention of the Sino-French teacher engineering project and scientific research cooperation, and encouraged the teachers and instructors to use TIEI as a link to establish an international teaching collaboration and project cooperation.

The Teaching Instruction Committee of TIEI aims to guide the specialty construction on all-round and whole process, formulate professional training programs, improve the curriculum system and multi-disciplinary system construction, promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional engineering majors and the innovation construction of emerging engineering majors, which assists TIEI in becoming an open, international and innovative world-class engineering institute.
