On the morning of April 5th, 2017, CTI Authentication Student Forum Training Meeting was convened in 211 Meeting Room of Tianjin International Engineering Institute in Weijin Road Campus. Ms. Patricia of Polytech Nice Sophia and Ms. Hu Lian of the College of Architecture were present.
Firstly, Ms. Patricia introduced the geographical location of France and Nice, and also the education conditions of France and Europe, etc. to give us students a basic understanding of France. Secondly, Ms. Partricia focused on the engineer system of France, which requires strict selection standards for engineers. The students must go through high-intensity studying in preparatory classes for 2 years after their college entrance examination, and then they are able to take the engineer exam, which requires solid fundamental knowledge and a macroscopic understanding of their major, together with innovative spirit and international perspective.
Lastly, Ms. Patricia mentioned that college in France is different from that in China in that college in France does not arrange the accommodations for students. However Polytech Nice Sophia will provide accommodations for exchange students, offering great convenience for us students to study in Polytech Nice Sophia.
The meeting gave the students an opportunity to get familiar with the engineer system of France and Polytech Nice Sophia, and offered meaningful guidance to the upcoming CTI Authentication. Hopefully, with efforts from all of us, CTI Authentication will be a complete success.
