In order to further improve the quality management system of TIEI, adapt to the national demand for application-oriented high-level engineering talents, and strengthen the combination of theoretical knowledge and practice of students, TIEI invited He Shuguang, Professor of the College of Management and Economics of Tianjin University, and Li Wei, QA manager of NXP to open the quality management course for all the Grade 2017 and Grade 2018 students.

Professor He brought students a lively quality management course named modern quality management theory and method from four aspects “the basic concept of quality, how to carry out quality management, common quality tools and quality system”.

Li Wei first introduced NXP through two videos, and combined with his many years of experience in quality management, from aspects “what is quality, why do we manage quality, how is quality management deployed in an organization, quality management in product, automotive quality requirements”, he told the students about enterprise quality management and quality culture of NXP. At the end of the lecture, Li answered the students’ questions about quality management one by one.
