Dr. ZHANG Shufang received his Ph.D. in Signal and Information Processing, from Tianjin University. She is currently an Associate Professor of The School of Electrical and Information Engineering at Tianjin University.

She and her group at Tianjin University have published more than 50 academic papers. Dr. Zhang has been awarded 15 Chinese patents, participated in the formulation of national and industrial standards related to audio and video.
