Biography

Wei Lu received his B.Eng. degree in Electronic Engineering, and Ph.D. degree in Signal and Information Processing from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 1998 and 2003, respectively. He is currently an associate professor in the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Tianjin University.

He and his group at Tianjin University have published more than 30 refereed journal and conference papers. He has been awarded 20 Chinese patents.
