Brief Introduction
Dr. Yang Wei is a professor at School of Architecture, Tianjin University. Her research field is focused on the long-term resource conservation of the built environment. The topics and research projects include: (1) BIM enabled LCA and LCC and design optimisation; (2) Sustainable evolution of the building stock at multiple scales (urban fragment, urban and national). (3) Sustainable architecture design. She is teaching undergraduate and graduate design studios on sustainable architecture, and a seminar about 'Built Environment in a resource conservation perspective'. She is serving as an Associate Head of Department of Architecture, being responsible for coordinating the international communication and collaboration, as well as for the English graduate program in architecture for international students.
