[Correspondent: Wang Wenjie] On the morning of May 25^th, 2017, the first teaching work meeting of TIEI after CTI accreditation was launched in meeting room 211, TIEI building of Weijin Campus. Shan Xiaolin, party secretary of Qiushi Honors College, Yu Mei, vice director of Qiushi Honors College, professor Su Yuting, professor Wang Jianrong and the other specialty principals, the grade leaders attended the meeting. Professor Yu Mei was the host of the meeting.

During the meeting, Yu Mei firstly concluded the specialty reports, lab visits and forums situation during CTI accreditation, expressed sincere gratitude towards the great efforts and wholehearted dedication of the specialty principals and grade leaders. Then the meeting focused on the discussion over the valuable opinions from the accreditation experts and the various teaching management work of TIEI recently. The meeting discussed and approved the students’ recruitment publicity working arrangement of this year, made the plan of going with students’ recruitment office, Graduate School of TJU to the central China, East China, Northwest China and Northeast China to do the recruitment and publicity work. The meeting once again emphasized the importance of students’ summer vacation internship arrangement and the quality monitoring, to jointly promote the first-stage internship and practice working arrangement with students, tutors, enterprises and Polytech Nice Sophia, and to ensure that students can acquire an initial knowledge towards the organizational form and operational model via this stage of practice. The meeting made the stage conclusion of the teaching management work of this semester, and preliminarily decided the teaching work of the next semester.

This teaching work seminar focused on the conclusion of CTI accreditation and the arrangement of the recent teaching management work. The specialty principals and grade leaders expressed that the CTI accreditation and the on-site evaluation is the stage conclusion and encouragement towards TIEI work, and they will further perfect the work, constantly strive for the better and comprehensively improve the engineering educational reform of TIEI.
