(Reporter Liu Yingtong）On 10:00am May 5, 2017, Tianjin International Engineering Institute successfully hold seminar on professional teachers in No.8 conference room of Conference Building in Tianjin University Weijin Campus. Li Jiajun,Chairman of Tianjin University Council; Yujianxing, vice president of Tianjin University; Zhang Xin, dean of Schoolof Architecture; Li Keqiu, dean of Computer Science and Technology College; Wang Chengshan, dean of Electronic Engineering and Automation College; Shan Xiaolin, Party committee secretary of TIEI; Yu Mei, vice academic director of TIEI; Wang Wei, executive director of TIEI; and representative teachers attended this meeting. The seminar was presided over by Yu Jianxing.

At the meeting,TJUvice presidentYu Jianxingpresented a brief introduction aboutoverall college construction, talents training mode, teachingprocess, laboratory construction, student internship and other aspectsto the participants. He stressed the importance of preparing CTI certification and called on all professional teachers to work hard and cooperate together. And then,ProfessorLi Jiajun said that every department should actively cooperate with TIEI in CTI certification. Shan Xiaolin made an in-depth discussion about CTI certification with professional teachers, and expressed heartfelt thanks to the relevant departments andteachers’support.

At last, Yu Jianxing made a conclusion speech, encouraging the participants to have strong confidence and make joint efforts.And he wished Tianjin International Engineering Institute successfully pass CTI certification.
