On October 11th, 2017, the seminar of employment policy and employment process for graduating students was held successfully in the meeting room of TIEI, Tianjin University weijin campus. Zhang Tianying, vice party secretary of Qiushi Honors College and Chen Wei, students’ instructor attended the seminar and gave detailed explanation of the employment policy and employment process for graduating students.
Firstly, Zhang Tianying, vice party secretary of Qiushi Honors College explained the various employment policies. She provided detail information about the employment area and company of graduates from Tianjin University, job subsidies at school and Tianjin city level, national basic level employment policy, selected graduates policy and international organizations employment policy. She encouraged graduating students to seed for the jobs in international organizations, in order to expand our voice and influence in worldwide.
Then, Chen Wei, students’ instructor gave detailed explanation of the employment process which including the “four-party” agreement, employment contract, registered permanent residence, archive keeping and etc. to the attending students. She also answered the questions raised by the students and solved their doubts according to their own situation.
Lastly, Zhang and Chen hoped that all the students could find the ideal job and have a bright future.
