(Correspondent: Liu Zongxin) During June 24^thto 26^th, 2017, the students’ recruitment publicity work of TIEI was launched in the three cities – Shenyang, Changchun and Ha’erbin of Northeast China. The party secretary Shan Xiaolin, academic vice director Yu Mei, the specialty teachers and the administrative staff of TIEI attended the graduate students’ recruitment publicity conference organized by graduates recruitment office of Tianjin University.

Graduate school of Tianjin University introduced the developing situation of Tianjin, developing history, scientific research and humanity overall situation, graduates’ education, scholarship and subsidies, recommended-exemption policies, unified exams of Tianjin University to the students attending the conference. The student representative introduced the personal experience to let the candidates better understand the process of applying for TIEI. Then, the representatives of the schools respectively introduced the schools and specialties. The party secretary Shan Xiaolin, party secretary, Yu Mei, academic vice director and Su Yuting, specialty teacher of electronics respectively gave an introduction of TIEI in Shenyang, Changchun and Ha’erbin, informed the students the training system, specialty direction planned to recruit students, institute-running features and else situation, actively encouraging the students to apply for TIEI.

Studentsfrom the 3 cities enthusiastically consulted us during the face-to-face communication link. The TIEI teachers answered their questions in detail, acquire the information of students aiming to apply for TIEI and helped them to better understand the relevant matters for the application. Then, specialty teachers did the qualification verification for the students with the resumes and materials applying for the recommended-exemption and organized the on-site interviews, giving them the qualified certification for the planned recruitment. The students’ recruitment publicity work was brought to a successful close.
