(Correspondent: Zhang Xiaojuan) In order to implement the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus infection and support teaching for students, TIEI held graduate teaching work meeting in February 12, 2020. Shan Xiaolin, Party Secretary of QHC, Chen Guanyi, Dean of TIEI, Guan Jing, Deputy Dean of TIEI, professional directors, 2017 master tutors, lecturer of this semester and all administrative staff attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Guan Jing and held on Tencent conference platform.

First of all, Shan Xiaolin communicated to all the participants the school work plan of graduate education and teaching in the spring semester of 2020: under the general principle of “overall planning, one policy for one institute, one case for one person”, we should make plans in categories to maximize the guarantee of online teaching and personnel training during the epidemic period.

Then, Guan Jing introduced the recent work focus of TIEI to the participants from three aspects: online course teaching, degree awarded and enrollment work of 2020.

Next, the teachers had in-depth discussions and exchanges on the recent works,which provided constructive suggestions and ideas for the better implementation of the work.

At last, Chen Guanyi emphasized that during the epidemic period, teachers should ensure the quality of online courses. Supervisors should strengthen responsibility for each student during the epidemic time, and strengthen the ideological and academic guidance for students. Administrative staff should provide good service for teachers and students. We worked together to overcome the difficulties.
